Regulations regarding CE courses:

REGISTRATION

Since workshop space is limited, please register early to ensure your space in the class. An early payment discount of $25 off the tuition is available for full payment received by September 27th.

The deadline for registration & full payment of tuition is 7 days prior to the workshop, or October 8, 2011.

CANCELLATION

If a person cancels for any reason prior to 14 days before the workshop, $50 of the tuition is non-refundable.  50% of the tuition is non-refundable for cancellations within two weeks prior to the work shop.

If there is not sufficient enrolment for the workshop, American Spirit Institute reserves the right to cancel the workshops 7 days prior to the workshop & there will e a full refund of the tuition paid.

ATTENDENCE & CERTIFICATION

Participants will be expected to attend all sessions in order for a certificate of completion to be issued.  If any part of a session is missed, the time must be made up by the completion of a comparable time related class assignment given by the instructor before a certification of completion is awarded.  This work must be completed with in 30 days of the conclusion of the course.  An additional $5.00 per hour fee will be assessed for make-up assigned hours.

American Spirit Institute adheres to all federal guidelines regarding the American Disabilities Act (42 USCG section 12101 et seq.), and the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, as amended (42 USCG Section 20000 et seq.), including making the appropriate accommodations for the teaching, learning, & examination process
